By accessing or using The Future You, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the applicable subscription fee will be charged using your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

4. Subscription Services

The Future You offers recurring subscription plans.

Current subscription plans include:

• Monthly Subscription: €19 per month

• Annual Subscription: €149 per year

Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions may be purchased and managed through:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play

• Our website

If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, subscription management and cancellation must be completed through the applicable platform.

If you purchased through our website, you may manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings on our website.

If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments and subscription processing may be facilitated by third-party providers, including:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play

• Stripe

• RevenueCat

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information where applicable.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to premium features and content.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play must be submitted directly to the applicable platform and are subject to that platform's refund policies.

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through our website will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through the App, including but not limited to:

• Guided meditations

• Audio recordings

• Music

• Text

• Graphics

• Logos

• Branding

• Videos

• Software

• App design and functionality

is owned by or licensed to Business & Drms AB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, license, copy, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems

• Interfere with the security or operation of the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code

• Copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell App content

• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or scraping tools without authorization

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Future You provides content intended for mindfulness, relaxation, meditation, self-development, personal growth, and general well-being.

The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, mental health condition, or medical condition.

The content provided through the App does not constitute medical advice, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, healthcare services, or financial advice.

You should always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or mental health concerns.

Individual results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding personal, emotional, psychological, financial, business, health-related, or lifestyle outcomes resulting from use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Business & Drms AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability

• Error-free operation

• Compatibility with all devices

• Specific outcomes or results from using the App

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
